The trouble is that they all seem to be the answer to your problem. Whether your problem is that you are skinny and wish to gain weight, or you would like a bit of muscle on your body or you are Ok but want to develop a great physique, there are so many books to choose from, all of which claim to be the solution.
I will tell you right now that most of them are a complete waste of money. I have spent a small fortune on these books in the past and all I ever gained was a smaller bank balance. I know exactly where I went wrong. I believed the authors sales pages promoting these books without reading any reviews from actual users.

The first
headline said something like “If you
just take a few minutes to read this, I
will cut through all the bull”. Well, I
read it and it was absolutely true. I
bought the course, and this same
no-nonsense approach permeates the whole
course. It’s tough, but you can feel the
author genuinely loves helping people
succeed.
The main emphasis of the course is
putting muscle on skinny guys and
keeping it there. You are taught (and
find yourself agreeing wholeheartedly)
that the only excuses for not having a
great physique are ignorance and
laziness.
The first chapter hits you with quite a few home truths about your body. I found myself actually nodding and muttering “yes” in agreement as I read, and couldn’t wait to get started and change my life totally.
I learned how training and diet must complement one another to build muscle. Weight training and intensity is covered in great detail. I never learned from any other books about “progressive overload” or how changing the repetitions and the sets prevent your body from adapting and stimulates growth in other muscle fibers.
